Jaunmuokų pilis

The name Jaunmokas was first mentioned in documents back in 1544, but the Palace— oasis of romance and serenity — was built here much later in 1901. The palace was designed in Neo-Gothic style and was meant to function as a hunting lodge for the mayor of Riga George Armitstead. The Jaunmokas Manor estate has a great historical and cultural value — it is included on the list of architectural monuments of national importance. Today it is managed by private owners. The estate includes scenic 9.8 ha park and 6 buildings that have been preserved from the original structures. Our guests can visit the Forest Museum, enjoy hotel and restaurant services, as well as lavish premises for festive events and conferences. The Jaunmokas Palace — a place, where time, nature, and music blend together.
